Job summary
The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform industry-leading pest management services for our commercial clients. You will identify pests, conduct inspections, and apply treatments while communicating solutions and prevention with customers.
Responsibilities include servicing commercial properties, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; training provided for regulated tasks.
- Licensed or able to obtain required licenses/certificates per local laws (company assistance)
Responsibilities
- Identify and eliminate pests from commercial properties through inspections and treatments.
- Inspect client properties for signs of infestation, damage, and entry points.
- Apply pesticides, baits, and traps following safety standards.
- Educate customers on prevention methods and long-term protection.
- Schedule and confirm appointments; support sales to current customers.
- Maintain and inspect pest control equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations.
