Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform industry-leading pest management services for commercial clients. You will inspect, identify pests, apply treatments, and provide prevention strategies while maintaining safety standards.

You will educate customers on prevention, build relationships, schedule visits, assist with sales, and ensure equipment is properly maintained. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work varied hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; able to present information to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for commercial properties through inspections and treatments.
• Identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment (pesticides, traps).
• Educate customers on pest prevention and provide preventative recommendations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, assist with sales, and expand product usage.
• Maintain pest control equipment and comply with safety regulations.
