Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking Commercial Pest Control Technicians to carry out industry‑leading pest management for commercial properties. You will identify infestations, conduct inspections, apply treatments, and advise on prevention strategies to keep facilities pest‑free.

You’ll work with clients, schedule visits, and support sales while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills for product mixing and calculations.
• Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify pest signs and entry points.
• Apply pest control products and traps following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and maintain a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to expand services.
• Maintain and service pest control equipment and comply with regulations.
