Job summary

Terminix is hiring Commercial Pest Control Technicians to deliver industry-leading pest management for commercial clients. You will inspect properties, determine infestations, apply treatments, and advise on prevention to avoid future issues.

You will also build relationships, schedule visits, and assist with sales while maintaining safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions on product labels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify pests and entry points.
• Apply pest control products like chemicals, baits, and traps per safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and future risk reduction.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and comply with regulations.
• Drive and operate a company vehicle safely.
