Job summary
BMA Group Global is seeking an experienced Innovation and Program Manager, Technical Operations to drive commercialization, technical transfer, and execution of new product initiatives in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. The role requires close partnership with Operations, Quality, Engineering, R&D, and Finance to meet quality, cost, timing, and capability requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing or NPI.
- Experience leading technology transfer and manufacturing/process improvements.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and risk assessments.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional partnerships to drive project execution and transfers.
- Oversee commercialization and introduction of new products and line extensions.
- Manage risk assessments and ensure cost-effective manufacturing.
- Coordinate Site Impact Assessments and investment planning.
- Ensure products meet quality, process capability, and business criteria.
- Provide resource management and oversight to project managers.
