Job summary

Minnetronix Medical, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through production line transfers and site transfers, including international moves, ensuring on-time, on-budget program execution.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, and supply chain to align requirements, manage risks, and deliver successful manufacturing transitions.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in a technical/engineering field; PMP certification a plus.
• 5–10 years' experience in project and program management.
• Experience leading production line transfers and site transfers, including international moves.
• Proficient with MS Project/Planner to develop schedules and budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production line and site transfer programs, including strategy and readiness.
• Develop and maintain program plans, reporting status to customers and teams.
• Direct activities across schedules, budgets, milestones, and plan changes.
• Coordinate cross-site/international transfers with clear time-zone communication.
• Manage risks, issues, and quality across projects in a matrix organization.
