Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and education.
• Minimum 7 years in office or project management with planning/administration.
• Minimum 3 years of data management and analysis experience.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and interpret audits; data systems knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and monitor departmental projects, track milestones and timelines.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to support leadership.
• Manage project documentation, budgets, audits, and HR coordination.
• Identify inefficiencies using data analytics and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with staff and outside partners reflecting LIRR procedures.
