Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking a Senior Manager- Strategic Priorities for the LIRR in Queens, NY. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Operational Analytics, Transportation, IT or related field with 5–7 years experience
• Experience in management consulting or related field preferred
• Ability to relate to people across the organization and work with large data sets to develop KPI measures

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze metrics across divisions and prepare data for senior staff
• Lead high-profile initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality and performance
• Create project work plans, set timelines, and secure buy-in from operating divisions
• Measure progress against goals using analytics tools and KPIs
• Represent LIRR at inter-agency and MTA Board meetings with operational data
