Qualifications

• Demonstrated, directly related, equivalent experience and education may be considered in lieu of the degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and monitor departmental projects, track milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs, analyze project performance metrics and trends.
• Manage project documentation, track milestones, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal policies.
• HR coordination and onboarding tasks.
• Lead and coach department staff; monitor performance and foster a safe work environment.
