Job summary

Mental Health Group is seeking an imaginative and commercially minded Innovation Lead to shape new learning formats for healthcare professionals and pharma engagement. You will own concepts from idea to final product, collaborating with sales, design and production partners to deliver compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• Think visually and enjoy turning ideas into tangible concepts.
• Able to sketch, storyboards, or mock up ideas.
• Willing to experiment with AI tools to create visuals and content.
• Experience in pharma/biotech omnichannel, customer experience, or product management is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Imagine and develop new formats across live events, video, audio, digital and print.
• Sketch, storyboard and mock up concepts; use AI tools to create visuals and prototypes.
• Join congresses and client conversations to test ideas and refine them.
• Turn strongest ideas into finished products and coordinate their delivery.
• Collect inspiration from emerging formats and technologies inside and outside healthcare.
