Job summary

Nike Beaverton, OR seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager for Innovation Labs to shape and manage the EHS system across maker spaces. You will oversee injury investigations, compliance with regulations, and advisory support to global innovation sites.

Role requires strong collaboration, practical safety leadership in R&D/manufacturing, machine/chemical safety, and the ability to build a world-class safety culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or safety discipline and professional certification preferred.
• Experience building and leading safety programs in large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and global standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain comprehensive EHS programs aligned with Nike standards.
• Provide strategic and daily EHS support to innovation labs across sites.
• Drive improvements in health and safety measures and safety culture.
• Assess risks for new equipment/materials in product development.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Develop training programs and maintain training records.
• Coordinate health and industrial hygiene monitoring and inspections.
