Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education is required.
• 4+ years of experience in business systems data analysis, technology coordination, or a related consulting capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices, including backlog management and release coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage Innovation Labs requests from intake through close-out, serving as the primary point of contact for innovation teams.
• Conduct lab consultations, facilitate discovery sessions, and gather business and technical requirements.
• Partner with lab engineers to assess innovation viability and coordinate environment onboarding and delivery.
• Coordinate approval activities and track requests through all stages of the lifecycle.
• Monitor provisioning activities, support ticket resolution, and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and knowledge content using Confluence and other approved tools.
• Ensure compliance with Innovation Labs policies, processes, and operational standards.
• Participate in application enhancements, testing, release activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with operational reporting, metrics collection, and status reporting.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and promotional efforts.
