Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a multifaceted Business Systems Analyst / Innovation Coordinator to support the Innovation Lab. You will serve as the primary contact for teams bringing technology requests into the lab and will manage onboarding, meetings, documentation, follow-ups, and communications.

You will conduct consultations, gather business and technical requirements, and coordinate with engineers to assess viability and delivery.

Qualifications

Ability to gather business and technical requirements and translate them for diverse audiences.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with onboarding processes and lab operations.

Responsibilities

Manage Innovation Labs requests from intake through close-out, as the primary point of contact for innovation teams.
Conduct lab consultations, facilitate discovery sessions, and gather requirements.
Partner with lab engineers to assess viability and coordinate onboarding and delivery.
Coordinate approval activities and track requests through all stages of the lifecycle.
Monitor provisioning activities, support ticket resolution, and customer communications.
Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge content using Confluence and other tools.
Ensure compliance with Innovation Labs policies and processes.
Participate in application enhancements, testing, and release activities.
Assist with operational reporting, metrics collection, and status reporting.
Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and promotional efforts.
