Job summary

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams across multiple initiatives and regions.
- Experience delivering ambiguous, net-new, or innovation-focused technical initiatives.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leadership on planning and roadmaps.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Lead Innovation engineering initiatives from discovery through delivery with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Manage direct-report engineers including performance management and career development.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align priorities across teams.
- Unblock teams by removing barriers and accelerating delivery of new technologies.
- Coordinate with distributed or acquired teams to integrate engineering practices.
- Plan budgets, staffing, and schedules for the Innovations function.
