Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking a Product Manager to own intelligent, connected workflows that reduce manual work for AEC professionals. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements, partner with engineering and design in an Agile/Scrum environment, and apply AI to everyday product work.

You will help shape the portfolio roadmap and support go-to-market activities. You will collaborate across teams to refine backlog, define acceptance criteria, and ensure new capabilities are delivered

Ability to turn ambiguous problems into scoped work.
Ability to articulate a product area with clear decisions for teams.

Responsibilities

Owns a defined feature set end to end from definition to release and adoption.
Writes PRs, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
Identifies AI/automation opportunities and defines data inputs and model behavior.
Applies AI tools to synthesize research, prototype concepts and analyze feedback.
Partners with engineering and design in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Prioritizes features, bugs and tech debt and refines scope with the scrum team.
Conducts customer interviews and usability sessions to derive themes and recommendations.
Analyzes usage data to size problems and evaluate outcomes.
Reads API docs and documents data flows for integration decisions.
Contributes to roadmap with evidence-based options and recommendations.
