Job summary

Bluebeam, part of the Nemetschek Group, is seeking a Product Manager to own AI-enabled workflows for AEC professionals. You will translate customer needs into clear requirements, collaborate with engineering and design in an Agile environment, and apply AI to automate workflows.

You will conduct interviews, analyze usage data, and contribute to the portfolio roadmap with evidence-based recommendations while shaping go-to-market activities for new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a scoped, testable set of work.
• Ability to give a product area a clear point of view for engineering and GTM.
• Ability to make technically sound decisions about data flows, APIs, and service dependencies.
• Ability to work with AI tools to synthesize research and prototype concepts.
• Ability to prioritize features, bugs, and technical debt in Agile teams.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and usability sessions.
• Ability to base decisions on usage data and customer evidence.

Responsibilities

• Owns a defined feature set end to end, from problem definition through release and adoption measurement.
• Writes product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Identifies where AI and automation can remove manual steps from customer workflows and defines requirements.
• Partners daily with engineering and design within an Agile/Scrum environment to refine backlog and scope.
• Prioritizes competing requirements and refines backlog with the scrum team.
• Conducts customer interviews and usability sessions, synthesizing themes and recommendations.
• Analyzes product usage data to size problems and evaluate outcomes.
• Reads API documentation and documents data flows to inform integration decisions.
• Contributes to roadmap planning with evidence and clear options.
• Defines go-to-market elements for rolled-out features.
