Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Innovation & Design for the Retail Online Fulfillment team in Boston. You will shape omnichannel fulfillment, testing and deploying scalable capabilities across BOPIS, Same-Day Delivery, ship-from-store, and more, advancing order completeness and inventory availability.
You will partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Inventory, and Analytics to translate insights into a strategic roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive measurable improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and frontline workflows.
- Experience partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, Inventory, and leadership.
- Analytical and project leadership skills with data-driven decisions; travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omnichannel fulfillment strategy and roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end innovation, design, testing, and implementation of fulfillment solutions.
- Drive improvements in order completeness and inventory availability.
- Monitor performance, analyze insights, and lead continuous improvement.
- Provide cross-functional leadership and change management.
