Job summary

The Michelin recognized Rocky Waters Motor Inn in Gatlinburg, TN seeks an Innkeeper to provide warm guest experiences, front desk service, and room upkeep, without a management role. You’ll be the welcoming face at check-in and the local guide for activities.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, guiding guests on local dining and events, maintaining standards, replenishing linens, and assisting with luggage. TABC certification is required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hotel, housekeeping, or guest services experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• TABC certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, seamless check-in and check-out experience for every guest.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for local activities, dining, and events.
• Address guest needs promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.
• Maintain a welcoming, hospitable presence throughout the property at all times.
• Manage and replenish linens, supplies, and amenities; assist guests with luggage.
