Job summary

Oaktenn Inc. Lodging Properties in Sevierville and Gatlinburg seeks a diligent Guest Room Attendant to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.

This role contributes to a welcoming guest experience by keeping areas tidy, stocked, and presentable. You will work with a friendly team, stock and restock supplies, and support front desk operations to ensure a memorable guest stay.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be physically able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift supplies.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in a clean and professional uniform.
• Maintain availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Clean and service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Replace bed linens, replenish guest room amenities, and restock housekeeping carts as needed.
• Prioritize the cleaning of check-out rooms unless otherwise directed by management.
• Respect all privacy indicators and report irregularities to supervision.
• Notify maintenance of issues and follow up on repair status.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks in assigned areas.
• Restock closets and carts at shift start/end and as needed.
• Assist with loading/unloading laundry and supplies from the courier.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as requested.
