Job summary

Smoky Mountain Brewery, Sevier County, TN, is seeking a Manager to lead our Gatlinburg-area restaurants. The role emphasizes guest service, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style to uphold hospitality standards.

You will work with the Management Team to recruit, train, and develop FOH/BOH staff, manage budgets and safety, and drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through operational excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining Experience.
• Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for Hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Establishes Guest Service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
• Oversees the plate-to-plate Quality of our food
• Assist management with recruiting, retaining, training and developing FOH/BOH staff delivering hospitality
• Assist management in executing plans to improve guest experience and loyalty
• Assist management in achieving budgets, goals and objectives
• Assist management in community involvement programs and marketing efforts
• Support profitability by managing cost of goods and labor in BOH areas
• Help control operating expenses like utilities and small-wares
• Ensure safe work practices and address safety hazards
• Ensure daily paperwork (sheets, payroll, POs, deposits, forms) is accurate and timely
