Job summary

Hallson Hospitality Co. is seeking an Innskeeper to deliver a warm, seamless guest experience at Germantown Inn in Nashville.

You’ll be the primary on-site contact, handle arrivals and departures, and aim to create memorable stays through attentive service and thoughtful recommendations. Responsibilities include managing breakfast, afternoon wine hour, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for daily readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or innkeeping preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Guest satisfaction-focused with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site point of contact for Germantown Inn guests and manage check-in/out.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide local recommendations and upsell add-ons prior to arrival.
• Oversee breakfast service and afternoon wine hour to brand standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance for timely room readiness.
• Assist with on-site events and ensure post-event space is orderly.
