Job summary

The Michelin recognized Rocky Waters Motor Inn in Gatlinburg, TN seeks an Innkeeper to provide warm guest experiences, front desk service, and room upkeep, without a management role. You’ll be the welcoming face at check-in and the local guide for activities.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, guiding guests on local dining and events, maintaining standards, replenishing linens, and assisting with luggage. TABC certification is required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hotel, housekeeping, or guest services experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• TABC certification required within 60 days of hire.

At Rocky Waters, our Innkeepers do it all — from welcoming guests at the front desk to turning over guest rooms to the standard our guests expect. This is a hands‑on, guest‑facing role for someone who takes real pride in the details.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience

• Deliver a warm, seamless check-in and check-out experience for every guest

Property Care & Standards

• Manage and replenish linens, supplies, and amenities as needed
• Assist guests with luggage and other physical needs throughout their stay

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of hotel, housekeeping, or guest services experience preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• TABC certification required within 60 days of hire and must be maintained throughout employment
