Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to inmates, visitors, and staff.
• Control movement within the secure facility, including inmates, visitors and staff.
• Monitor security cameras for officer and inmate safety.
• Enter and release inmate property and manage inmate money accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries from courts, attorneys and public service partners.
• Verify intake and release information and related details.
• Attend trainings and perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
