The Hanover Insurance Group is hiring a Technician to support Inland Marine Operations across multiple U.S. locations including Atlanta, GA. This full-time, non-exempt, hybrid role focuses on processing new business, renewals, and related transactions while maintaining high accuracy and superior service to agents.

You’ll collaborate with underwriting and operations to drive efficiency, handle escalations, and contribute to continuous improvements in a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of related insurance, financial, or customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of insurance concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with standard computer tools (email, Windows).

Responsabilidades

• Process new business, renewals, and bypass renewals within quality standards.
• Provide issuance instructions to offshore team with accuracy.
• Request information from underwriting and follow up to resolve items.
• Handle subsequent transactions (endorsements, adjustments, cancellations).
• Follow escalation procedures for system issues and rushes.
• Support Operations Manager to improve efficiency and service.
