Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant claims handling experience.
• Experience handling inland marine, moving & storage, or related claims.
• Ability to read contracts, tariffs, bills of lading and related documents.
• Knowledge of coverage analysis and contractual liability concepts.
• Proficient with claims management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of moderately complex claims from intake through resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, evaluate damages, and determine coverage.
• Analyze contracts and shipping documents to evaluate claim exposure and liability.
• Coordinate with underwriting, legal, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor entry-level adjusters and ensure compliant documentation.
