Responsibilities

• Processes new business, renewals and bypass renewals within quality standards.
• Provide clear and accurate issuance instructions to offshore team.
• Request additional information from underwriting and follow up to resolve items.
• Process endorsements, reporting adjustments, cancellations, and reinstatements per guidelines.
• Follow escalation procedures for system issues and rushes; keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to improve efficiency and service.
