Job summary

Sun Chemical is seeking an Ink Customer Tech Service Representative to support customers in W. Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri. This role focuses on addressing technical ink needs, process improvements, and successful campaign launches, with travel ~70% and overnight stays as needed.

You will coordinate trials, guide product recommendations, and provide training on ink blending and related processes, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of ink industry experience.
• Experience with Kepner-Tregoe, Six Sigma, SunMatch.
• High level of pressroom and printing process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in process improvement initiatives with customers and Sun employees.
• Makes product selection decisions in accordance with Product Management and conducts trial activities.
• Provides training on ink blending, inventory, and in-house functions.
