Job summary

Nazdar seeks an Inkjet Field Specialist to install, train and repair our graphic and textile inkjet equipment, and to provide remote technical support.

Based in Texas, you will travel up to 75% (air travel up to 25%), service customers across the continental USA, and work with sales to identify new opportunities. The role requires extensive inkjet experience, strong color control, and RIP software proficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with DMV check.
Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
Problem-solving ability in time-constrained scenarios.
10+ years in inkjet printing, wide/super wide, UV, solvent, and aqueous inks.
Loved experience with wide-format inkjet printers.

Responsibilities

Install, repair and train on Nazdar graphic/textile inkjet equipment.
Provide technical support remotely via phone/computer.
Collaborate with customers at facilities across the continental USA.
Work with sales to identify new opportunities when equipment is outdated.
Occasionally represent Nazdar at trade shows.
