The role emphasizes customer-focused process improvements, expert ink blending, and proactive support for presses and color matching. The position requires 5–10 years in the ink industry, experience with Six Sigma, Kepner-Tregoe, and SunMatch, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of ink industry experience.
• Experience with Kepner-Tregoe, Six Sigma, SunMatch.
• Industry laboratory and press equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• High level of pressroom and printing process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in process improvement initiatives with customers and Sun employees.
• Makes product selection decisions in accordance with Product Management and conducts related trials.
• Provides training on ink blending, inventory, work off, and related functions.
• Reports field activity in Salesforce and completes trial/internal/external reports.
• Submits and follows up regional color match lab requests.
• Provides emergency backfill support for products during sudden losses of customer blending.
