Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking an Ink Blender to support our press operations in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on estimating ink needs, weighing and mixing inks, and color-matching to meet customer specs using X-Rite tools.

You will maintain ink records, assist the Press Department, and participate in continuous improvement while adhering to safety and GMP requirements. This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality food packaging inks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor press schedules and estimate ink requirements.
• Weigh, mix, and color-match inks to specifications.
• Manage and utilize existing ink inventory.
• Screen and rework returned ink when appropriate.
• Support press operators with color matching as needed.
• Enter and maintain color standards and formulas in X-Rite software.
• Document ink data and update existing formulas.
