Job summary

Belmark in Wisconsin is seeking an Ink Technician to mix inks, match colors to standard specifications, deliver ink and varnish to presses, and maintain the ink room for optimal uptime.

This fast-paced role rewards attention to detail and teamwork. You will follow safety procedures, support press operators, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package including health plans, an on-site clinic, paid time off and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to two years of high school.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and follow English instructions.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and support Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Mix ink and match to set color standard; mix only what is needed.
• Deliver ink and varnish to press using the Ink Queue System.
• Proof inks to established target using hand proofer and Measure Color system.
• Update formulas to ensure accuracy and maintain ink room appearance.
