Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Ink Blender in Appleton, WI to estimate, mix, and color-match inks to meet customer specifications while keeping precise production records. You will support the Press Department with color management tools such as X-Rite.

The position offers day-one benefits, a 2-2-3 night schedule (7:00pm-7:00am), overtime, Sunday premiums, and a 401(k) with up to 8% company match, plus paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience blending inks and color-matching to specifications.
• Ability to estimate ink quantities and maintain records.
• Familiarity with color management tech (X-Rite) preferred.

Pay: $25-$29 per hour, based on experience

Additional Compensation:

• 1.5x pay for all Sunday hours worked
• 1.5x pay for Over Time
• $1.20/hour night shift premium

Schedule: 2-2-3 nights (7:00pm-7:00am)
