Belmark Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an Ink Technician for our 1Ashift to mix inks, match colors, and keep presses running smoothly. You’ll work with our ink queue system, verify color accuracy, and manage ink and varnish to meet job specs.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork on the production floor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate color discernment, manual dexterity, and reliability in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Requires reading, writing, and following English instructions.
• Ability to read color standards and match inks.
• Ability to use a computer and basic math for inventory and ordering.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and support food safety culture.
• Mix ink and match to color standards.
• Deliver ink and varnish to press using Ink Queue System.
• Proof inks and adjust colors to target standard.
• Maintain ink room appearance and manage supplies.
• Support press operators and ensure next shifts have ink ready.
