Job summary

Munson Healthcare seeks a dedicated workers’ compensation case management professional to coordinate work-related injury cases from report to return to work. You will collaborate with Occupational Health, managers, and third-party administrators to oversee case management activities and claims support.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with 3 years of related experience; professional certifications (WCP, CCM, CDMS) are preferred.

A Day inthe Life

  • This position serves as the primary workers compensation case management resource for Munson Healthcare employees. Responsible for coordinating work-related injury cases from report through return to work, collaborating with Occupational Health providers, managers, employees, and third party administrators. Oversees case management activities, return-to-work coordination, and claim administration support.

What’s Required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Clinical degree in an Allied Health field or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • 3 years Experience in workers’ compensation, human resources, occupational/employee health, claims administration, vocational rehabilitation, insurance, or related field.

  • Workers’ Compensation Professional (WCP), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), or similar professional certification preferred.
