Job summary

OPmobility is seeking an Injection Process Engineer to drive tooling and injection process improvements across development projects and global networks. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in plastics, tooling, or mechanical engineering.
• 5–10 years of injection molding or tooling experience.
• Ability to read rheology studies and Moldflow simulations.
• Experience with equipment installation, cell design, and robotics integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead tool design phase and injection process optimization.
• Validate mold specs with product lines and purchasing.
• Support trials, adjust process parameters, and prototype builds.
• Troubleshoot equipment, robotics, and automation issues.
• Ensure smooth tool transfer to plants and start-up of production.
