Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks an Injection Operator to manage day-to-day injection processes for PET and HDPE lines. You will prepare, set up, and run injection equipment, perform minor adjustments, and complete logs and quality forms.

Emphasis on safety, line throughput, and accurate documentation is essential. You will work on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, communicate issues clearly, and collaborate with maintenance to troubleshoot problems while maintaining high quality and compliance with company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run injection equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments as directed.
• Complete and log production forms and quality logs.
• Identify unsafe conditions and follow safety rules.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product quality.
• Maintain housekeeping in production areas.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues with maintenance.
• Understand line flow to maximize throughput.
• Communicate issues clearly.
• Work 12-hour day or night shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
