Job summary

Ultipro in Arlington, TX is seeking an Injection and Blow Molding Tooling Technician focused on tool life, inserts, and performance to ensure consistent product quality and reliable production. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years hands-on injection/blow molding tooling experience.
• Ability to read mold drawings and tooling specs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and detail orientation.
• Ability to document work in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Own mold tooling condition, performance, and readiness for production.
• Lead the molding preventative maintenance program.
• Document mold PMs, insert changes, and parts replacement in CMMS.
• Change, fit, and adjust mold inserts; track life and replacements.
• Perform honing, polishing, and minor retooling to maintain tolerances.
• Support mold setup, teardown, and tooling changes during trials.
• Diagnose tooling defects such as flash, wear, or dimensional variation.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to resolve issues.
