Job summary

Ultipro in Arlington, TX is seeking an Injection Molding Production Operator for A Shift - Blow Molding assistance. This role operates one or more molding lines under minimal supervision, handling setup, start-up, inspection, data entry in EPICOR, and packaging of molded parts.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and the ability to read work orders. Must be able to stand most of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds; hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through

Qualifications

• Basic computer usage to read data and operate systems.
• Ability to learn label printing software.
• Basic understanding of English to read work orders and write information.
• Mechanical aptitude to perform setup, daily start up, tuning, minor repair of filling and packaging.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction.
• Ability to use logic to troubleshoot production machine issues.
• Ability to visually inspect coding, labeling, and finished goods to identify defects.

Responsibilities

• Pulls work orders at shift start and as needed.
• Verifies work order labels and data accuracy prior to production.
• Inspects product type, label, color, and molding uniformity.
• Runs production equipment at standard rates.
• Starts production run per work order.
• Prints and labels boxes and cases.
• Performs final assembly and/or packaging of molded parts.
• Records production run data in work order and ERP (EPICOR).
• Stops machine at end of run.
• Cleans and maintains production machines and work areas.
• Performs basic troubleshooting and escalates issues as needed.
• Follows safety guidelines and company policies.
• Works around automated machinery and manages stress.
