Job summary

Amcor is seeking an experienced mold technician to monitor multiple injection molding machines and perform mold changes. You will troubleshoot, start up and shut down equipment, and train associates to improve technical capabilities while meeting quality requirements.

You will work to reduce scrap, track downtime and maintain safety and cGMP compliance in a high‑volume environment. Compensation includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of injection molding setup experience.
• Experience with robots and manufacturing software.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machine issues, minor hydraulic and electrical problems.
• Record accurate production data for tracking purposes.
• Develop corrective actions for machine/molding issues.
• Monitor downtime, quality, and machine efficiency.
• Train personnel to improve technical capabilities.
• Follow mold change procedures and perform color changes.
• Communicate changes to the Manager or Supervisor.
• Ensure safety, ISO, and cGMP compliance.
