Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, functional testing and visual quality checks according to procedures.
• Communicate non-conforming material (defects) to quality group and management.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork/documentation for products being molded.
• Pack finished products into cartons and label content accordingly.
• Maintain open communication to ensure problems and changes are communicated and resolved promptly.
• Perform line clearances of equipment at end of and before production runs.
• Ensure all labels are correct per work order information.
• Record problems during production, such as defects and stoppages.
• Cross-train teammates and conduct on-the-job training as needed.
• Transport all materials using appropriate methods to support production.
• Cycle count inventory and investigate discrepancies.
