TecNiq Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support injection molding operations. You will start and stop molding machines and robots, complete mold changes, and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.

This role requires basic quality tools knowledge, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and the capability to perform material changeovers. Prior experience with robot programming for part removal is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Startup and shutdown injection molding machines and robots.
• Complete mold changes.
• Troubleshoot part and/or process issues that occur during production.
• Conduct material changeovers.
• Complete part production paperwork.
• Touch up robot program (gate cuts, part pick).
• Repair end of arm tooling for part removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
