II Stanley is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Set-Up Technician in Michigan to support production with safe, efficient mold setup and programming. You will work on injection machines and robotics, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with process improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in molding, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic drawings. Strong problem solving and teamwork are essential for daily manufacturing operations.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of molding technician experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains, modifies, and changes injection molds, robotic tooling, mold programs, and robotic programs with limited downtime.
• Set up plastic injection molding machines.
• Understand robotic programming for 3–6 axis; knowledge of Yushin and Star Robots preferred.
• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
• Troubleshoot production problems and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide support to manufacturing sections.
• Regulate pressure, temperature, speed, and cycle times by turning machine controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
