Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of injection molding experience or equivalent.
• Advanced troubleshooting and processing skills in injection molding.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery, molds, materials, and processing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold preparation, installation, removal, and startup activities.
• Set up and maintain robots, auxiliary equipment, and secondary equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, cycle times, and production requirements.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and resolve deviations from established parameters.
• Lead mold changeovers and startup activities to meet production schedules.
• Train team members on setup, startup, and processing procedures.
• Coordinate activities across departments to achieve production objectives.
