Job summary

Cambro is seeking a Process Technician II to own injection molding processes in the assigned cell. You will perform mold set-ups, start-ups, and monitor cycle times to maximize output, maintain quality, and sustain machine uptime.

You will document test results and adjust run parameters for new or existing molds. You will troubleshoot processing issues, lead small groups to meet schedule adherence, train teammates on setup procedures, and coordinate with engineering, mold shop, scheduling and QA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–4 years related experience.
• Advanced processing/troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.
• Ability to develop, optimize and document run parameters for new or existing molds, materials, auxiliary and secondary equipment.
• Ability to coordinate activities with various positions and personnel in the Injection Molding department and supporting departments.
• Knowledge of the injection molding process, molds and machinery; ability to lead a group to achieve goals.
