Summit Polymers is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing (Molding) to lead injection molding and assembly operations in a fast-paced environment in Michigan. You will supervise and train employees, manage performance, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

The role requires at least one year of leadership experience, the ability to train others, and strong problem-solving skills. You will coordinate with shifts, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises injection molding activities in the molding area.
• Directs, instructs, and trains hourly employees and monitors performance.
• Ensures training in safe operation of machines.
• Implements disciplinary actions per policies.
• Audits quality and productivity of subordinates.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Plans and coordinates workflow across the department.
• Coordinates with other shifts and departments to ensure quality and productivity.
• Participates in company programs and maintains documentation.
• Completes process checks and housekeeping tasks.
• Performs other duties as required.
