Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises molding department to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Ensures continuous improvement programs and proper countermeasure implementation.
• Provides input to manufacturing and product engineering for processes.
• Designs and implements process improvements to ensure quality and productivity.
• Trains associates on plastic molding processes and equipment.
• Monitors cleanliness and safety of the worksite.
• Performs problem solving and corrective actions for production issues.
• Performs machine process adjustments and changeovers as needed.
• Drives productivity improvements through capacity checks and cycle time optimization.
• Completes forms, reports, and supports cross-department collaboration.
• Upholds safe and orderly work environment and adheres to safety rules.
