Qualifications

• Experience in technical management of plastics manufacturing with leadership.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in manufacturing beneficial.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily injection molding operations to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Provide leadership to technical staff within the injection molding team.
• Coordinate mold improvements, new equipment installations, and toolings.
• Ensure safety standards, address hazards, and uphold airlite core values.
• Investigate issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
