Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions is seeking an Injection Molding Supervisor for a direct-hire role with a leading client in Canton, OH. The candidate will lead daily injection molding operations, ensure safe and timely production, and coordinate activities to meet customer requirements.

This role requires at least 5 years in injection molding manufacturing, 2 years supervising, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems. A high school diploma is required; plastics manufacturing training is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in injection molding manufacturing
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Basic computer proficiency incl. spreadsheets, production reporting, ERP/MRP systems
• High school Diploma or GED required
• Preferred training in plastics manufacturing or related field

• Monitor cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and process performance with Quality, engineering, and maintenance teams

Shift: 7AM- 3:30PM

Job Description:

• Lead daily injection molding operations and ensure the sage, efficient, and timely production of high-quality products
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet customer and business requirements
• Monitor production performance and schedule/prioritize jobs, machine utilization, mold changeovers, and staffing needs per production goals
• Maintain and clean, organized, and safe work environment, meeting all company standards
• Support ERP/MRP system transactions and verify inventory accuracy and material availability
• Monitor cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and process performance- working alongside Quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve any issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of injection molding manufacturing experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within a production environment
• Basic computer proficiency, which includes spreadsheets, production reporting, ERP/MRP systems, and inventory management
• High school Diploma or GED required
• Preferred technical training or education in plastics manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related field
