Responsibilities

• Set up injection molds and perform scheduled changeovers aligned to the production plan.
• Pre-stage components and perform prep work to shorten downtime.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on in-production tools and equipment.
• Respond to troubleshooting calls and mold performance concerns; determine root cause and assist repairs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to evaluate machine operation and implement improvements.
• Operate and monitor production lines to maintain throughput and perform quality checks on containers.
