Job summary

Pexco in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Set-Up Technician to support the Injection Molding Process Technician with molds, setups, troubleshooting, and maintenance of molding equipment.

Qualifications

• Must understand plastics and different material characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all hoppers are filled.
• Complete line clearance at the end of each run.
• Drain and clean hoppers and fill with next resin.
• Set up auxiliary equipment for molding processes.
• Perform mold changes and restarts.
• Assist process technician where needed.
• Plan and prioritize work to maximize productivity.
• Remain professional and calm in high-pressure situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
